Our team

Eileen grew up in Scotland where she watched her father make gin in his garden using local botanicals. After graduation from College she joined the British brewer, Whitbread plc, Est. 1742, known for Boddingtons; working in trade marketing on Heineken and Stella Artois. Her marketing career continued in London Agencies, and experienced firsthand the growth of the gin market, the change in consumer demands and the artisan approach to elevating gin.  

In 2010, she moved to Laguna Beach, California where she set up a eco-business which she sold in 2017 and took up freelance writing and became a documentary film maker.

Brian is an American entrepreneur and whiskey connoisseur who collects and trades spirits. At home on the global stage, Brian facilitates businesses entering the US and has worked with one of two Disney Consumer Products Master Licensees globally, to introduce Disney retail to the Indochina region. A computer science graduate his roles involve system architecture, business process automation and e-commerce as well as logistics. As part of Pinpoint solutions Brian focuses on deploying technology and systems which help automate and enhance business processes in small to medium sized business. He teaches entrepreneurial bootcamps in the US, South America, and Asia to give students a crash course on becoming an entrepreneur and has developed tools to increase the probability of success in companies including: marketing analysis, partnership assessment, unfair competitive advantage and business harmony.

He has launched 10+ consumer products into Amazon market place and successfully ranking products for increased visibility and sales.
